who we are

This website belongs to Nerdy Sloth Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17531099. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

what we collect

Nothing. This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising, and it doesn't load anything from other companies.

who sees your visit

Like any website, the companies that host it can see your IP address when you load a page. Ours are Cloudflare, which serves the site, and GoDaddy, which runs our domain names. We don't get that information and don't use it.

if you email us

If you write to hello@nerdyslothstudios.com, we'll use your email address and what you tell us only to reply. We do this because you contacted us and we need your details to answer. We don't share it or add you to a list. We keep your message for as long as we need it, and delete it if you ask us to, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.

your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@nerdyslothstudios.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

our apps

Our apps have their own privacy policies, which we'll link here when they launch.
